Grand Theft Auto V for PC gets its first official trailer

Rockstar Games, the studio behind the popular open world game franchise, Grand Theft Auto, aka GTA, has released the first official trailer for the latest iteration in the series.

Rockstar launched GTA V for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3, on 17 September 2013. The game drew in millions of fans, which resulted in an enhanced version of the game the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, which was released a year later.

PC gamers haven’t been so lucky. Rockstar initially announced that they would be launching GTA V for PC on 27 January 2015, but it was delayed due to technical reasons with the studio claiming that the game still needed some polishing, and so the launch was postponed to 24 March 2015. Sadly, the PC version was delayed once again, and Rockstar postponed the launch to April.

GTA V takes place in the fictional world of San Andreas, the state featured in the 2004 game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Many people consider GTA SA as the series finest game. San Andreas is based on the real life Southern California, and features the fictional city of Los Santos, based on Los Angeles.

Los Santos has been redesigned in GTA V to resemble LA, and the game features stunning HD graphics. Speaking of which take note of the system requirements for the game.

As you can see the system requirements for the game are quite high. In fact, most people would need to buy a new system, or at least a new graphics card just to play it.
