GIF Maker from Giphy allows you to create your own animated images

GIF fans, we have some great news for you. You no longer have to scour the internet to find the animated image of your favorite movie scene or something funny, which you desperately want to share with your friends.

Skype adds support for Mojis, which are animated video clips you can send via IM

Microsoft is rolling out an update for its popular instant messaging app Skype, which adds a new feature.

And by new, I must say rather unusual, yet cool feature.

Skype will now support Mojis. If you’re scratching your head thinking it already has emoticons, you may not be the only one to be confused. Mojis aren’t the emojis which you may be familiar with on your phone or web forums, but is just a fancy new name for animated clips, christened by Microsoft.

Animated GIFs now work in Facebook, but only if they are inline images

Animated GIFs now work in Facebook. Yes, its true!

Now you can post cool GIF Animated images like the one above, on the social network.

Facebook has had GIF support since 2013. But it wasn’t a native feature, neither was it official. A workaround by Giphy, allowed users to post GIFs in Facebook, disguised as auto-play videos.

Facebook had reportedly considered GIFs as “too chaotic” for its website. Well, it isn’t totally wrong, as most GIFs shared on the internet are funny ones or memes.
