Ever wanted to watch videos while you were browsing other websites?
Because who has the time to do both, right? Jokes aside, there actually is a way to do that right now, at least in Google Chrome, and the video you want to watch is on the Mountain View company’s video sharing service.
Normally, I use Windows 10’s Snap feature to put the browser with the video of the live event on one side of the screen, while taking notes in a text editor on the other side. But this extension may just allow users to do that within a single browser.

Mozilla has announced something, which no user would have anticipated.
The browser maker says that Firefox will add support for Chrome extensions.
Let’s see how this could impact users. Mozilla has launched a new API called, WebExtensions. This allows add-on developers to make their extension compatible with Chrome and Opera browsers. Since it is easier to make cross-platform extensions, more developers are likely to use the new API, to port their non-Firefox extension, to work in the browser.

Vivaldi Browser has been updated to Technical Preview 4, and the latest version adds support for Google Chrome Extensions.
If you haven’t heard of the browser before, it may not be surprising.
Vivaldi Browser, is a new web browser made by Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner, the the former cofounder and CEO of the popular browser, Opera. Vivaldi was launched in January 2015, and has managed to garner an impressive user base.
Vivaldi uses the Blink Engine, which is also used in Google’s Chromium browser (on which Google Chrome is based too). And not suprisingly, the browser now supports Google Chrome extensions.
