Iobit has released a new version of its popular driver updating software, Driver Booster.
The update bumps the version number of the app from 3.1.0 to 3.1.1.
Let’s take a look at what the latest build adds. First of all there isn’t any change whatsoever to the UI, it is similar to the one which debuted with the beta version of the app, which we analyzed about 5 months ago.

This bumps the version from 2.3 to 2.4. So let’s take a look at what’s new in Iobit Driver Booster v2.4 update.
The company states that the Driver database has been expanded, to allow for scanning and installing more driver updates. The new version also supports for game components VC Runtime 2008 & VC Runtime 2012.

And in comparison, check the first image in this article. That is what Driver Booster 3.0 Beta 1 looks like. The new interface appears to be flatter and has bigger and sharper icons. The new version displays Device Drivers and Game Components (like Adobe Flash and Java Runtime Environment) separately.
