It is not even 10 days yet, since the last stable update for OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 with the new Photos app and new emojis, was released.
But Apple has already released a minor update for the OS.
Users had reported that OS 10.10.3 had issues related to the start up time, as compared to the previous version. This led Apple to investigate the issue, and found that

The photo editing apps iPhoto and Aperture are no longer available at the Mac App Store.
Apple has officially removed both the apps on Friday.
Even though you cannot download them anymore, you can continue using them if you have them installed on your machines. But it is unlikely that the apps will be updated in the future.

Apple has released the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 update for all users.
The update had been in beta for a while, and marks the official debut of the new Photos app.
