Microsoft has surprised users, by releasing Windows 10 Build 10240 for the Fast Ring and Slow Ring of Insiders.

This build is touted as the Windows 10 Build 10240 is the RTM (Release to Manufacturing). This build has been reportedly sent out to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), such as Dell, Toshiba, for them to include the operating system on new PCs. We recently reported that some new PCs will be sold with Windows 10, on July 29th.

These systems are likely to ship with Windows 10 Build 10240. So, if this is true, we have officially reached the end of the Preview Builds before the launch of Windows 10.
